delicious and nutritious camote tops
I'm blessed to have a neighbor who's passion is gardening. They've truned the barren area near our landlord's house into a garden. I'll just pick fresh camote tops for meal!

wow! ang sarap. talbos ng kamote. bumibili lang din ako pag dito sa City pero pag sa province ay marami sa backyard at pwede din humingi sa kapitbahay . Uhmm.. naglaway tuloy ako.

I grew up with this vegetable. I love dunking it in shrimp paste with clalamansi or vinegar sauce. Yummy!
