My SIL explained that the message reads as "Rak Mea" which means "I love Mom" because this month Thailand is celebrating Mother's Day.

Hi Gene, Happy Mom's day to you and your SIL. Happy bday to her, too. I love swenzen ice cream and i can't wait to taste that again. Parang wala yan sa Pilipinas eh. Some friends treated me at one of their shops years back and am sure i am going to enjoy their variety of ice cream very very soon. :)
