Thai Dishes at Ging Kalpapruek

Last october 21-23 we went to Bangkok to renew my passport and get a new one for our lil boy. We went to Siam paragon afterward and tried Thai delicacy at Ging Kalpapruek. It's just an open restaurant. It's filled with customers so I concluded that their food must be something to attract such huge crowd so we decided to try their food.

Ging Kalpapruek

My hubby ordered Rice with roasted beef.

I ordered the menu for the day: Thai traditional boat picnic rice with soup (soup isn't included in the photo)

Hyzyd loves the cantaloupe blend I ordered for him.

Tasty Thai dishes on our unplanned getaway

On our unplanned getaway, we visited a restaurant in front of Samila beach. It's our first try to venture on one of these restaurants hoping that they could understand our crooked Thai. Thanks God, they understood our Thai with sign language...LOL!

Here's our order:
barbecued beef "nuea yang"

chicken with cashew nuts- "gai phet met mamuang"

stir-fried mixed veggies with seafood-"phak phat khruam"

We only pay 340 baht for this hearty and delicious meal!

They sure enjoy the food!

The restaurant..can you read it..he..he...

Hope to be back their SOON....Can't wait to explore other tasty Thai dishes!
