My bro Bjoy gave me this picture. He said he used to eat this one during lunch time. It's called "Khaw Yam". You just mix all the ingredients-noodle, mongo sprout, lemon grass, minced peanut and chili to have a delectable Thai cuisine....Mmmmmmmmm...soooooo yummy!!!!

Food Trip Friday
there must be a sauce there somewhere making this one spicy, yummy dish!
that looks similar to what we had in an asian fusion restaurant. :) personally, i find asian food easier to appreciate :)
I'm not into chili food but I'd love the sprout and noodles with some good sauce. :)
looks yummy. it's like the hongkong style noodles but less the chili and minced peanut.
kakaiba naman ito!

Mukahang masarap yan gene, mixed all the veggies and noodles, Iwonder how it taste like. Do you have to cook or fry all of them, or you can eat them fresh like that.
It does look really yummy! I love bean sprouts!
I have a low threshold for spicy food, I like the noodles and the veggies in this dish ; )
Looks like a healthy food to eat at anytime of the day. I look forward to tasting that again - one day - soon. :)
I played too, Gene!
